Welcome to PURE PHYSIQUE. By accessing or using our services—whether in-person, online, or through our mobile and web applications—you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership, booking a session, or using any PURE PHYSIQUE program (in-studio or online), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
Membership & Payments
Memberships & Packages: All memberships and training packages are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase. Sessions not used within the stated time frame will expire.
Payments: Payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
Billing: Monthly memberships will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Refunds
Grace Cancel: Each member is entitled to one (1) annual “Grace Cancel” for late cancellations.
Session Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
Refunds: Refunds for unused sessions are available within five (5) business days of purchase. Memberships may be transferred to immediate family members.
Health & Liability
Medical Clearance: By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to exercise and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in physical fitness activities carries inherent risks, including injury. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree that PURE PHYSIQUE, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, accident, or health condition arising from participation.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release PURE PHYSIQUE from any liability related to participation in our services.
Studio & Online Conduct
Respect: All members and guests must treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Equipment & Facilities: Members are responsible for using equipment properly and returning it after use.
Online Services: Access to on-demand or live coaching is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
Intellectual Property
All content (videos, programs, guides, branding) provided by PURE PHYSIQUE is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
Termination
PURE PHYSIQUE reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships or online access for violations of these Terms of Service or conduct deemed harmful to the community.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
